Josh came back to the DC area in the early 1990’after completing his degree in Environmental Biology at Tulane University. This was in the time frame of the depressed stock prices and sky-high interest rates. Josh was accepted into the training program of a regional fix income specialized brokerage firm. He began to build a client base, and reputation, as a prudent, cash management and fixed income focused investment adviser.

For conservative clients concerned about stock market volatility, this provided a reasonable alternative to equities. Josh’s business flourished as he specialized in taxable and tax-exempt fixed income investing, as well as cash management solutions.
Josh continues to work in cash management and fixed income portfolio development for high net-worth investors, endowments, non-profits, and fiduciaries. He also assists clients is equity management through a large universe of fiduciary asset managers.
